Speech Pathology

Our certified speech pathologists focus on using evidence-based approaches to form an individualised therapy plan for every client. Our speech pathology services are available to people of all ages who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual, neurological and physical disabilities, as well as developmental delays. We are able to provide therapy in the comfort of your own home, at school or in the community.

Community Participation

At IHCS we are big believers that feeling included in the community has many positive outcomes to your well-being. We aim to help you build meaningful social connections out in the community, whether that be through attending events, socialising with peers or going out to the shops. The decision lies with you!

Assist with Personal Activities

At IHCS we aim to make you feel comfortable and confident doing everyday tasks. Whether in your home or in the community our highly trained staff can help support you with your daily activities like; showering, preparing meals or mobilising around the house.

Assist with Travel and Transport

At IHCS our dedicated staff will go above and beyond to ensure that you’re able to travel to your desired destination safely and comfortably. We are able to help you catch up with friends out in the community, get to appointments and even help you with short day trips the choice is in your hands.

Assist with Accomadation /Tenancy

At IHCS we work together with you to identify suitable housing accommodation that suits your needs. We are able assist with applying for rental tenancy, undertaking tenancy obligations, assistance to find safe, affordable accommodation. Our dedicated staff will be assisting you every step of the way keeping your goals and requirements in mind.

Development of Daily Living

Life Skills And Household Tasks

At IHCS we know how important your environment is to your mental health, which is why we aim to support you in making your home feel comfortable and safe. Our staff can help with household tasks such as, changing bed linen, household cleaning, grocery shopping and garden maintenance.
